Hey everyone im new here. I used to be on BidAdvitiser but they banned me since i clicked my own ads' only a few times .. but yeh My website is http://the1337arcade.com and the stats can be found at http://the1337arcade.com/twatch I need to know what would be best for my website. I was thinking CPM as my website is an arcade and it gets many pageviews daily, so pay per impression would be fairly good for me Ive currently Applied on Casale and im sure i should get accepted, welll i hope i do, but if i do get accepted, what do i have to do?. Do i just have to display their banner ads, and is their any popups.. Ive been running my website for about ayear now with no income, and now i think its time i make some money from my website. Thanks for all help.
You've got some nice visitor stats really, and some well targeted ads could bring some revenue in easily. The first thing I thought when I checked your site is it has games on it (obviously) the first thing this suggests to me a good portion of your visitors may be in their early teens which usually means they have little to no spare expendable cash which would probably rule out pay per sale type advertising. I would look around Pay Per Lead or Pay Per Click type advertising but I've never seriously used them to make any sort of decent money, with adbrite I got $15 for 141 clicks.... then I gave up on that as with my site I can easily do better with various Pay Per Sale programs. EDIT: One thing I did find is your stats software is very hard to understand (read) and doesn't give that much indepth information, you might want to look into Google Analytics its free and provides much more in depth details about your visitors and stats on returning visitors etc.
You could try gambling program, like poker and casino, for the players who want more "serious" and challenging gaming. The affiliate program accessible through the 2nd link in my signature has a poker and casino program with payouts up to $200 and 40% rev share. They also have an online gaming community and they pay $2 per lead. Hope this helps!
