Hello, I was just curious about one thing. Awhile back I was on a website where the site had a lock on it and you could only continue by filling out one of the surveys. It was powered by some affiliate program but I don't recall the name or website of that site. The only name I have in my head is like CPA Live. All help is greatly appreciated! Thanks
Im not sure of the exact program you are referring to but if you just wanted any program where you have to fill in forms to continue, these are so common on streaming/dl sites for tv & film that should be easy to find another one
