Need to know something domains please!

    Hiii,

    I have few simple questions regarding domains please:-

    1. I wanted to know can we use a word like "vbulletin" in our domain name. I guess its a trademarked name, so can it be some problem later on? Can they takeover the domain anytime without compensation?

    2. Is it perfectly fine to use a word like "tech" (abbreviation for technology) in our domain name? Something like tech3.com, is it fine?? CAN I trandemark/copyright this name tech3.com??

    3. Is it fine to use a country name in our domain name, like "INDIA", "USA" etc. Does it depend on individual country laws or what? If suppose its allowed, then can I trademark a name like indiatalking.com ?

    No that name will not be trademarked as Vbuletin is trademark and something wordvbuletin not ;)

    Not what I asked, thanks anyway! Regarding vbulletin , I just wanted to know if they can claim ownership to a domain of mine that has "vbulletin" in it.
