Need to know how to add changing hash links

    Hi guys & girls.

    Been browsing for a while now trying to figure out how to make my download links have a hash that changes to prevent people copying the links?

    Any help appreciated,

    UPDATE:

    This is working as I need it to, changing upon refresh but I really have no idea how to implement this to work as a link e.g.

    I need the '5827435' to change every time the page is refreshed... I've been looking but I can't find any answers, please help!
