Need to know cost to build this website

    I need to know the cost to build the attched wordpress site. I attached a drawn layout of what I need. SEE ATTACHMENTI'm not sure if this is something I need built from the bottom up, or if it is as easy as buying a theme (like Udesign theme from Themeforest) and then hiring someone to help me from there.Basically the main content needs to be widgets.(check the attachment) several different latest post blog roll with an archive page. A google news plugin (with archive page option) and a twitter feed. Very similar to sayfiereview.comIf someone could throw out qoutes on how much a site like this would be to produce I would GREATLY apprecite it.

    just use a wordpress template fs get them free will be thousands which suit your needs.
