Need to import a list of 4,000 emails - best options?

    A client of mine has a list of around 4,000 client email addresses from an auction his company runs (collected off-line, I just have them in a txt file) - and has asked me to set up a mailing list.


    What are my best options for this? I've tried a few of the big guys and noticed that they require a "confirm you want to be on this list" type email, and we would rather avoid that.

    you can use aweber.com or mailchimp.com they might be your best option...

    yes everybody needs to confirm the email address because they are very concern about spam policy..I can't think about any one who can help you about it..
