Need to implement Links Page in My Blog

    I need to create a new page for Page Exchange, as well as for contextual links at my Blog which is having Google Page Rank of 2. Does it will be good for my Blog. Or it may devalue my Blogs current value in Search engines.
    I am yet confused because few months back we lost page rank of our internal pages.

    Here are some of my Blog's details:
    More than 50+ posts
    Wordpress embedded blog(wordpress.org)
    have some social value(good links from social websites)
    Posting articles regularly

    As per my thinking it should not devalue my Blogs reputation if I am exchanging contextual links and pages, posts or reblogging some good valuable posts.

    As Social Media sites are going no follow day by day, so its going more and more difficult.

    Wordpress blog is just any open source CMS for better development of blog website. If you add page, which have 2 page rank then there would not be any problem. Even this can help you to get good ranking at search engine.
