I was asked to clone a feature of a website for a client but do not know where to start. I need someone with the expertise to duplicate the slideshow with navigation on the following page. http://www.morgan-hayes.com/

I need the section that reads " Meet the Online Business Console" and has the navigation bars Intro, Run your website, etc.

I will need a working model of a system that I can change the text and video as well as the navigation menu at the bottom to meet my clients needs.

Please quote with examples of your services or what software could help me do this myself.

    Is a flash slideshow.
You can use Adobe Flash or Swish.
PM me if you need help.

I don't understand what you mean with "perfect answer"?
Is just a flash animation + actionscript.
To make something like this you need Adobe Flash.
If you don't know how to create it pay someone to do this.
