Need To Hire- Help programming part of Wordpress Theme

I am trying to program a page template that will be used in a Wordpress theme on my website. I cannot get the programming/design right for this one template page and I'm looking to hire someone to help with the template programming.

Anyone who is experienced with Wordpress themes/templates and is interested in a quick project, please let me know and I can provide more details.
