Buying Need to hire a designer for a simple redesign

    I have a site that is just a simple html site consisting of about 40 pages that i need redesigned. Im looking to get this done really cheap. This project would be ideal for someone just starting out to add to their portfolio. The job pays 25 + a back link off a quality 10 yr old site linking to your design site or portfolio.
