Need to hire a designer/coder

    Need to have a unique one off proxy template designed and coded. As an extra I have a psd done I will also need to have coded. If you can provide this service cheap enough I would also like a plain proxy template designed and coded also.

    I will provide samples of designs I like. I do not like any of the designs being sold these days. The design needs to make a discreet url bar and browse button not some huge thing that people see right away.

    Needs to have a content area and being adsense optimized. Web 2.0 looking css design.
