Need to have a database set up for my poker site!

I'm very new to all of this. I need someone to create a unique database for all my needs for my new poker site. I will need to give you in depth instructions on what needs to take place.

I have a database set up now, it's just not working correctly.

If someone could take a look to see if they can help me. It would be greatly appreciated.
