Server went down yesterday! So i switched to a new VPS Hosting Server specially for me! Now it's all setup! All i need is to transfer important material! and data! but im other host is not reachable! I really need help! Thanks Terpentin01
you can backup the account from your server via ssh. and you can access cpanel by http://cpanel.ursite.com if you have WHM on both ends and having root access you can transfer that cpanel account easily by just giving server IP account user/pass. -Regards.
If everything is down, you have to contact your previous host. There is not much you can do as you dont have physical control of the server.
I got into my cpanel! alright now do I go to Backup or back up wizard! Can somebody give me a description how to back up everything! And i really mean everything! So i can transfer the files over to my new cpanel and get it started!
Ask your host and they will create a dump of your account and give it to you. Check that they backup everything including all the mysql databases. sometimes when the mysql database names are not in your accounts name, then it wont be considered when the dump is being created.
