    Hey,

i need to reach my cpanel to transfer stuff over to my new host! The problem is everything is down...and the following message is coming

FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it! To do this, simply edit your .ht_access files in the root directory and in the admin directory and insert this code into both of them: php_flag register_globals on

how will i be able to get into my cpanel

    i really need that stuff!!

more information! Server went down yesterday! So i switched to a new VPS Hosting Server specially for me! Now it's all setup! All i need is to transfer important material! and data! but im other host is not reachable! I really need help!

    Thanks

you can backup the account from your server via ssh. and you can access cpanel by http://cpanel.ursite.com if you have WHM on both ends and having root access you can transfer that cpanel account easily by just giving server IP account user/pass.

    -Regards.

If everything is down, you have to contact your previous host. There is not much you can do as you dont have physical control of the server.

Ask your host and they will create a dump of your account and give it to you.
Check that they backup everything including all the mysql databases.
sometimes when the mysql database names are not in your accounts name, then it wont be considered when the dump is being created.
