Buying Need to fix small error in PHP FIle

    There are 2 errors now. One is that after submitting the form, when I click the back button it says confirm form resubmission or the page goes dead in IE

    It should not ask me if it should resubmit the form or not when I click the back button or refresh the page

    Another error is the javascript thing, it its not allowing me to edit the form fields properly, you will see when I show you the page
