Need to fix my wordpress theme

    my blog is www.mybusinesscreditblog.com
    i need to remove 4 images from the theme
    1- the dog banner
    2- the sponsor on the bottom that says your personal theater
    3. the little welcome box
    4- the square that says "Not a Green Thumb?"

    i know these are simple things but i need to done asap
    please tell me how much
