    This is the specification of what I need done

    - Simple and clean 4 page site (home, about us, contact us and a page showing the blog), SEO friendly link structure

    - Turn the blog into a multi tabbed blog like shoe moneys and help me install a few plugins (adsense, analytics)

    Payment 50% once I'm happy with the template and the rest once you upload the site to my server.
