Need to find a new host

I'm looking to move away from my current Host!
Currently I'm paying 20 USD/mo for the following: 30 gbs disk space, 1000 gbs bandwidth/mo. I'd like to find a shared host for a similar price with established fast and helpful support who isn't susceptible to the IP blocking issues and downtime is. My current web host's support used to be great but is now largely useless. Backup services would be great, too, if possible.
Do you know anything about Planethoster.com web hosting service? Reliable or not?

You can check libertyvps. They are good offshore hosting. The more companies you review the better choice you will make.

Honestly, if you're serious about stability and control, the best move might be to switch to a VPS (Virtual Private Server). You’ll get dedicated resources, way more flexibility, and you won’t be at the mercy of shared hosting limitations like IP blocking or random downtime.

There are plenty of free control panels out there—HestiaCP, CyberPanel, or even Webmin—that make managing your server pretty straightforward. Or if you're comfortable with the command line, you can manually configure everything to suit your exact needs. It takes a bit more effort upfront, but long-term, it’s worth it.

Plus, with a VPS, you can set up your own backup routines, optimize performance, and even host multiple sites without worrying about noisy neighbors.

I feel fortunate to have found them and recommend them highly.
I have a shared hosting account with Planethoster.com web host. Pricing is excellent and almost everything was ok for the last 6 months. Their tech support people are courteous and prompt and informative.
    I have no outages..

A fast-loading website improves user experience and SEO. Choose a host with SSD storage, CDN integration, and optimized servers. I am quite happy with Hostnamaste.com OpenVZ VPS - No slowdowns, just pure power!

The infrastructure is built on NVMe SSD, which significantly reduces data access latency compared to SATA. Plus, daily incremental backups are stored for up to 30 days, allowing you to restore both individual files and entire images. hostpro.com offers this as standard for shared hosting.

I'd also recommend Greenwebpage.com solutions. This hosting service is more than just a provider — it’s a reliable partner that ensures my professional websites remain secure, accessible, and high-performing at all times.

Switching web hosting can be straightforward for a simple three-page site, but for most users with extensive files, images and add-ons the process is far more complex. I'd rather not switch my current hosting provider at all. Ever. That's why spammy posts promoting quick hosting changes often come across as unrealistic and silly. You won't get any benefit from them on DP, I assure you.
