Need to find a blog template similar to my site layout

Hi,

I would like to convert all my blogs to look similar in layout to my site www.ideliverit.com. In other words, banner to be wide enough for leaderboard style adsense and left menu to be at least 600 pixels wide for skyscraper style adsense.

At present I am using the Minima style (slightly modified). If you need, I can post the code for the layout.
