Need to expand my Directories market

    Since I started my directory about a year ago it has surpassed all that I was expecting, including the amount of time one takes. Now I am thinking of expanding it even more.

    I am looking to get more general users now that I have built up my database of sites. Currently the majority of my traffic is webmasters, but I would like to start targeting more of the general user.

    Does anyone here have any suggestions what I should do to change the site to make it more appealing to the general public, maybe make it something that they would like to make their homepage? Or general Portal site?

    The directory is www.bluenoserlinks.com

    i think try to make free submission your diectory....:rolleyes:

    In order to build up traffic you need to develop a very heavy search engine concentration so that relevant topics place well in search engine results. This will take SEO work in every topic page and can take a lot of time to effort. By the time you get it all done the search engines will change and you can start all over again. You also have typo’s that need correction like Add Url to Wold Wide Web (WWW).
