Need to edit script to extract sentences from content

Hi, I got a script that is being developed for me. I need someone who can develop a small part of it(small job)... you will need to figure out how to use php to scan a url entered by user, it needs to find sentences in this page. Actual sentences... i.e. if I entered

The outcome should be the tool extracting sentences such as:

To do this the tool will likely need to look at the html code and look for sentences of 10 or so words which do not have any special characters such as <br>, <p>, <color> etc etc
