Need to display image similar to Microsoft Word

    I need to diplay an image on my website and that acts similar to the Microsoft Word ones.(but using my own image)
    I did have it once but cant remember where I got it from.
    It was easy to edit allowing choice of postion and movement as well as adding txt to "speech bubble"

    Can anyone help?
