You don't need to add a new PID for each subdomain. I use 1 PID for each domain, and multiple SIDs for the subdomains.
    e.g ipods.domain.com : SID=ipods

If you want to add a new PID for your subdomain, you could try adding it as a new site:
Account > Web Site settings > Add A New Web Site

What is SID .It is must for all sub domain’s .I have created root domain eg: http://mydaypayday.info for that it has PID:xxxxxx .And again I want to create 10 sub domain. It is must to have 10 SID if I don’t create SID .I can’t use under BANS.

SID is for tracking links on a per click basis, you don't have to use it if you don't want to - just use the same PID for all your subdomains.

BTW your domain gives me a 404.

Just add each of your sub-domains as a new site. Then on the links page, select your page from the drop-down and it'll show your your unique PID for each site you've added.
