need to convert psd to my site

    hello im looking designer/programmer can help me convert my psd to my site , it only for replace header , logo , menu and footer work , make sure u can work with php and cms also can handle it , i will pay $25 via paypal after project finish need asap work

    thanks for who have PM me but this work have been taken and for swangp im NOT asking people to make me this for free and i have set the max budget i can pay for this and im sure this can be done by someone with my budget and happy this header and footer work in process now , next time don't get u big mouth for someone thread/post :)
