Buying Need to convert PSD into WordPress Theme

Hi,

Underneath image I want visitor stats like cssremix.com (image hover) intead of comments. I want search functionality like apple.com, when you type keyword in search box thumbnail appears come along with description.

I dont want top banner (tutsplus), instead I would like to show 12 thumbnails, and top 3 websites on the right bar with No.1 Website, No.2 Website and No.3 Website. You dont need to do any designing stuff, I will do that just coding.

Requirements: XHTML, CSS, PHP and code should validate W3C standard.

I'm designer+developer but dont have time to do things. I design+code this website http://www.designtriplew.com/. Please ensure you can do things, send portfolio links of wordpress projects only. I want to start as soon as possible. Your questions are welcome.
