Need to convert phpbb to vbulletin

    i have a phpbb forum (version phpBB 2.0.19). It is in latvian language, so there is symbols like these: āčūīļķņ etc. I need to convert it to newest vbulletin version (not licensed) with all posts, topics, users etc. I need itrader and reputation plugins as well. Please post or pm your offers for what price you can do it and how long time it will take. i can your add permanent link in my blog (PR4)
