Buying Need to Convert Database to Wordpress

I have a database that consists of about 30 sections of material. They generally follow two sets of levels, being 4-5 levels deep. I'll probably not use the category tag for urls. I need to convert this database into wordpress format.

Essentially the structure is like this:

1. Name of Database
2. Main Section Number - Section Name
3. Subsection Number - Subsection Name
4. Subsection /Article (this is where the text is

The section numbers and names may have been separated to keep the content clean, which is great, but for this conversion we can merge the fields and it's good.

To answer some questions and some strange emails I received:

1) This isn't likely a database you'll be able to use for yourself. So if you're offering to do the work for $5... it might not pay off for you to ask me to send it to you.

2) Regarding my budget - it's fair for the work it may take.

3) If you're wanting to do the work, please give me an idea why I should hire you. I also received emails from people obviously looking to outsource the work to someone else. I need someone reliable and potentially have more work to do if they qualify beginning August.
