Need to contact Pegasus directory

Can anyone help me, there is a note on the site saying no action until 1 March, buts its passed that date, and Ive sent money to them for a sitewide link, any contact information please?

I was going to suggest looking up http://whois.domaintools.com/pegasusdirectory.com info and also directory critic page
may offer enough to find the answer... somehow i keep thinking romow
but not sure also pegasus and http://topdirectorys.com/ list are same owner i believe....
