Need to compare PTC Script and Design Service

    Hi,I am planning to make a ptc bussiness.At now i know http://www.ptcevolution.com/ and http://ptcpay.com/ as a script provider.
    But I dont know what script is better and safer to make a ptc site.
    I've read some topic but dont know this issue.
    Can you compare for me and suggest some design service for the script you choose?

    My design service is $80(frontpage) and $20(forum)
