Buying Need to code simple layout

    Hi..

    I need a person to code a simple layout, very basic indeed..but need to design a very simple background image to fix the layout(will show an example to make it faster and easier)..it hardly takes 30 min to complete the job..if anybody interested to do Please PM me asap...willing to pay $5-$10..
