    Hi,

Well, im only 14 but i own a Flash gaming arcade, which i have been displaying google ads on. I just wanted to know, will i still get paid from them? The payee name is my name, and it wont let me change, but if i but in my mums tax details etc.. will it still be valid?

If not is my adsense account any use to me anymore?

    Thanks,
    Jamie

Looks like someone needs to read the ToS :p

Odds are nobody is going to bust you for it, but it might be a better idea to sign up under a parents name (with their consent, of course). It's for your own good.

AND you have the sites in your sig? After admitting that you broke TOS? Wow! 1+1=2 in about three-tenths of a second when the Google folks read this post!

Kudos 2 you!!! 14 with your own website? Wow! That is very impressive!! Congratulations on that. Don't let any of these naysayers in here get you down.

Get rid of the ads on your site. Have you mom apply for an adsense account, and then use her ads on your site.

    Good luck!!

Use your mom's tax information if she agrees to it. Yes you will still get your money. Just don't be a bad boy or your mom could take your allowance away. ;)
