You should look into a product called microfiber. I have a few of them (my buddy owns a small business called Grakar that sells it), and absolutely nothing has gotten my monitor cleaner (or my glasses, for that matter :) ). He gave me a few samples to try out and show to friends, so I guess I'm just repaying my debt..
Best of all you don't need a fancy cleaner like you listed there. Just a SMALL drop of water (doesn't need much at all), and it'll clean the screen perfectly.

Use THESE WIPES, they're way better and they come with dry cloths too.

Make sure to clean it with gentle cleaners to avoid scratches and damaging it, I just use cotton clothes when cleaning it.

to clean up the laptop is not an big issue as the CD is similar to the screen of the laptop both should be saved from getting scratched to do this you can apply a soft clean cloth soak it in the soap water and then clean the screen, then wipe it off from the dry cloth you will see all sort of duct will be removed from the system, no need to spend money for this

Brand name GENUINE (3M etc) microfibre cloth and plain water. No detergent/chemicals.
Don't use anything paper based (toilet paper, kitchen paper etc), as the fibres can scratch delicate screens.
