Need to change my username

Hello,

some days ago when I registered I wrote my email instead of my username, huge mistake because if I should post in this forum using that username I would receive so much spam in my mailbox.

I sent a PM to the ADMIN but I have received no answers.
My new username must be: Joey_Knish

Don't use that email for spam because the system will recognize just my contacts list and all the others will be deleted.

1) Just need to write that in order to not let some spammers send me mails.

2) I thnik mine is a valid reason because is not allowed to have another account and I don't want to destroy any rules.

 

I don't think your username will be changed. See this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=534298. Changing a username makes the server slow for awhile.

 

Also, it causes havoc to the SQL database.

 

If my username won't be changed I have two options

1) I will never post in this forum ( can't absolutely post using my personal email )
2) I have to open another account and the admin can delete that account from DP database

 

1) So be it, that is your choice
2) Both accounts will be banned if you make another one.

 

About the second point:
I prefer that admin first of all delete (wihout ban) this account with the email address from the dabatase, so I can use the same e-mail in order to register a new account.

 

They won't delete your username.

 

He will not delete it. How about using a new email?

 

In order to use a new email...well I wish to use that email in order to register all forums accounts about Money Investment , because all the others forum got that email.

I don't think it's a big problem, I don't want to change my username just because I don't like, I need to change because of privacy, I also don't want to open a new account in order to respect the rules, can't do more than that.

New username must be: Joey_Knish
