Need to cancel check issued via pp

I Need to cancel check issued via pp, do they refund the funds back into my account asap? and how much do they charge?

 

I heard that too but I didn't find anything like that on Paypal Help section. I found this:

How do I cancel a withdrawal?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but once you have initiated a withdrawal from your PayPal account it cannot be canceled.

But if you havnt received your check for a long (45 days) , you can cancel the check and they will deduct 15$ for it.

 

But why you want to cancel the check? need to pay someone?

 

Yup.... I need to make some project and also payout someone... I have good no.of friends willing to send me cash but I prefer to go the harder way.
