Hi, I am looking to get a website built for article writing. My writers will have access to a list of articles that my clients are able to post them selves. Writers will have tiers based on their writing experience and clients will pay accordingly. Payments will all be made through paypal. Clients will have to review their articles submitted by the writers and need to be able to send it back to writers if corrections need to be made, but the client needs to be able to add correction notes for the writer to understand what the client wants. When would you need payments?
