Need to build a directory

Looking for a programmer, who can build me the same directory as you can find at http://directory.r-tt.com/
I am looking for the exact structure and exact same method of approving links (try to submit one site and see what I mean).

Please send a quote and samples of previous work, timeline to finish the project, and any other info that will interest me.

Why? Because I am not a programmer and I don't know what you guys use. I can tell you what I want to see, and how to do it - I'd like to hear from you, people who know programming.

 

i think this directory is custom made, i would recommand PHPLD, license costs $25.
I can design nice directory templates, then find some one 2 code it for you, and then i can also install it.
