Need to Attached someone else's Powerpoint Slides.. to my blog?

    I need to attached someone else's educational PowerPoint slides to my blog. those are not editable and I couldn't find the original owner. Is it legal or are there any copyrighting issues..?, Pls Help.

    You can copy (or type if copy is not allowed) some text and google it.

    The #1 result on Google might be the original source :)

    I tried it, no result, actually I know the owner name, It's in the slides. Can I attach those slides by mentioning his name..

    Republishing someone else's work without their consent is breaking their copyright. Just because you attribute the work to the original source does not exempt you from copyright restrictions.

    Ask permission before posting anyone else's work on your own site otherwise you run the risk of being sued for copyright infringement or having your site taken down by your host via a DMCA complaint.

    Unless you can confirm their ownership of the slides and the content and get their expressed written permission to use their slides, I would steer well clear.

    Safest thing to do is link to their website where the PPT presentation sits. But you can't use the presentation on your site without permission.
