Need to advertisers track their clicks, any soft suggested?

Hi all,

I have a website that I'm planning put some banners from advertisers.

How can I let them view in real time some stats about the people that click in their banners?

Of course, I need to be able to see that date too because I'm going to charge them for every click they get.

Any suggestion?
