Google Checkout you'll need to get a developer to set up Google Checkout API correctly on whichever shopping cart you're using. Check to see if there's a preexisting module for Google Checkout for your shopping cart if there is then you can get someone qualified to install it for you.

The link give by muffet should help you. And as said, you will need an expert to integrate google checkout to your shopping cart. But why are not going for paypal?

I can not provide a quote, you will need to contact an experience programmer who have successfully integrated Google Checkout's API for other clients into their website to confirm cost.

I don't have any XP w/ Google Checkout.... however, I'm willing to bet that if your site is on WordPress, there's a plugin to help you out.

Are you using a 3rd party shopping cart option? Or is this something you're rolling yourself?

Well, integrating payment gateway requires sound knowledge of programing so that you can activate required Google Checkout API correctly. I will also advice you to install SSL certificate for your ecommerce website for secure payment processing.
