I believe he is one who signed up for a Paypal account knowing full well that Pakistan is not a Paypal supported country and now he wants to find a way to life the limit on his unverified account so that to withdraw his money.

I think it will be best to wait until Paypal supports Pakistan then do the withdrawal otherwise the money will be stuck in the account. Alternatively, just spend the money online.

Can't he give the account to someone trusted, then he will validate the account, withdraw the money and send him with bank transfer?

And what do you think how will he be able to change his name etc on PayPal account?? I don't think it is possible unless he is able to send money to someone trusted , he don't have a choice else.

Wouldn't that defeats the whole purpose of verification ? Even if he can trust someone, how would paypal be able to trust him ? You cannot share or transfer a paypal account.

Even if he wants to, he needs to find someone with the exactly the same name as him and living in the same address which he used during the sign up for this to work. Otherwise it is not do him any good.

Then if Paypal finds out about it, both persons accounts would be restricted and they will most probably lose control over their paypal accounts.

In all dealings, you need to be above-board and not lied or do what is not permitted or else you get into trouble. Just ignoring the rules or contracts doesn't change anything, they will still apply to you.

Dude this is bad but you lost the money in your account. If it is still working, send your money somewhere or else once it is limited you will have nothing in your hands. Pakistan is not a supported country then why you sign up and ask money in your account? I mean whats the logic? I am from Pakistan, I never tried this. You are not a new member now. Spend some time on reading other threads.

I think it's issue with his card. If country not is not supported , card from local bank will not work.
Close accoutn and take mlney back from bank.

Well, in your original post you said

How do we know that the account was not yours ? I am pretty sure that the person who gave you the account knows that the account is useless as it is most likely frozen or something.

If it is not limited, you can always do a Email Pay or something from his account to yours.
