Any, tips & tricks to become DMOZ editor?

I try to submit my website to DMOZ directory. But I failed several times. The moment I submit my site I get rejection mail immediately. Could any body give me any tips to add my sit to DMOZ.

Can you copy/paste your rejection letter here? And if your site is banned, then chances are there are no tips or tricks to getting editorship... because as soon as they figure out you own your banned site, you are likely never going to see the editor dashboard again.

I'd like to see that , too. As far as I know, no rejection letters are ever sent about sites. Seems a little odd.

There are no tricks, and my tip is to be totally honest.

This is not so accurate Christopher. Not sure why you say these things.

If you were to apply to become an editor and you had a site that was not listable (we are talking travel affiliates presumably) and were to state on the application that you realized that the site was not listable I think that being straightforward on that point would easily cancel out any issues with your ownership of the site.

I'm sorry for once again being wrong, and I once again thank you for correcting me.

I guess the truth of the matter is you can get sites banned and then become an editor to list them yourself.

Thanks Nebby... I'm sure that Shoemoney will get his application in straight away!
