    i need this anybody recognise the software, name of it, and if possible where I can get it

    nothing similar, i need the exact software

    whichever plugin or script is riiping the rss, formatting it like that and adding in the affiliates..

    Yes, wordpress with plugin can do that .. there is rss plugin that grab rss feeds from sites .. or there is several ways to grab it ..
