Buying Need this SIMPLE wordpress theme coded like

    I have a simple wordpress theme I need coded. I created it in Photoshop, I just have not the slightest clue how to code it for Wordpress.

    The template looks JUST like this:

    Very simple. If you can code it, I dont have much money to work with (im a poor high school student), please PM Me your offer
