I am looking for a Wordpress pro for a very simple task. I have about 30 articles that I want to use as content for a WP based site. I want this to look more like a site than a blog I need someone to find an appropriate free theme and make modifications to the layout so I can easily add the articles to it and it will look like a finished site. I plan on using Adsense and CPA offers to monetize, so the theme needs to have strategically placed ad locations. If you dont know what these are, you can look up an Adsense heat map, and it will show you the prime locations. I plan on using this theme as a cookie cutter for several sites, so it needs to look clean and professional, and be simple to add content. You dont need to change the graphics, I will have a custom header created for each site. So basically all I am asking you to do is find a good looking theme that meets my criteria and modify if necessary, so it looks like a static site. If you are an experienced designer/WP pro you may even have a theme in your portfolio that would work, or you may have had to do this before for someone else. Either way it is not a difficult task, but I just don;t have the time, nor the WP modification skills to do this efficiently. Please send me your price and timeframe for this
