Need Theme Browser Urgently

I need to start a Free Templates/Theme site for Wordpress.

The script should be like any user can register and upload their themes easily.
If somebody knows about it, please share them with me.

I know many threads were started previously but i am looking out for a FREE script OR if anybody\'s willing to strike a deal.

BTW, i have seen few guys making Theme viewer on Wordpress, i would even love to get something like that.
