    need the cheapest windows based server 512mb-1gb ram, any processor, 50-100gb traffic, USA based, windows XP prof., 1 ip, (maybe, for additional $ i will ask more ips)

    You're not going to get one at that price - at least not from a legitimate hosting company with a proper SPLA (Service Provider Licence Agreement) from Microsoft which is the ONLY legitimate way to provide Windows hosting. The monthly cost of the licence alone is going to give them virtually nothing left over from which to supply hardware, connections, bandwidth and support. You have to be realisitc.

    I believe that is wrong section to ask about that. In any way for windows VPS you will need a bit more money

    Windows XP usually isn't an option when it comes to VPS. Can your application run on Windows 2003/2008?
