need "terms of Service" and "Disclaimer"??

    On our websites is it necessary to have both: a "terms of Service" and "Disclaimer"??

    I put a disclaimer on the bottom of my articles. I don't have a TOS, but i have a Privacy Policy, which is a separate page on it's own.

    It all depends on what kind of site you have. Take a look at other sites similar to yours, and see what they put on there.

    It would depend on the nature of your website. Check out your competition to see what they use.
