Need template with easy to manage script

    I have a web site i need to improve the design so i can manage it better. I have some type of computer drawing of how the template should look like. Also i need a script that will make management of that temlate easy. Rught now my site is runnung on wordpress i need something better . . . if someone knows a solution or can create one we can make a deal . . .
