    i want to submit daily news for my company peoples, i need similar templates like 

    http://alltop.com/ and http://mashable.com/

    can you suggest me which template is similar to above sites? suggest me wordpress and joomla templates

    Mashable is a very basic theme so isn't that hard to make depending on the used CMS most systems have a similar theme available (at least Drupal and Wordpress do).
