Buying Need Template Redesign- $500 Budget Quick Hire

    I need 2 templates. 1 Index template and 1 content template. Same design on both... With obvious differences.

    My budget is UP TO $500.

    This template will need all the bells and whistles- Bright Jumpy KILLER Graphics all over the place, facebox or jqueries opening windows, Smooth Email Opt In box placement, and more.. The template will need to include a comments section, and more.

    The budget is decent because I will need to you work with me on SKYPE- show me whats going on- and let me help mold it as you go.. This design will need to be done in fine custom detail. I do NOT want a cookie-cutter site..

    Please send me your portfolio and skype ID + email address... If I like your stuff I will contact you via skype or Email.
