Need template designed {ASAP}

I need some template part designed.Currently includes header, navigation bar, two backgrounds(part of template).May be needing more.I want them to be designed separately in gif format.Might be needing more parts later.Instead of pricing for seperate part, Give me price for whole template but I need parts to be delivered separately and PSD too.
Can contact for further designs in future if this comes out to be good designs.
The theme of the template is moonlight.I need it done ASAP.MY budget is 5$, can go higher if design comes out to be really good.

 

A template is going to cost a minimum of $40-$50 and that is for a low end designer.

 

Agreed, you might get $30 or so but that'd be from someone abroad or just starting out with no experience

I can give you the best template for 50$. 5$ seems too low. even it is tough to get a good logo/banner for that prize.
